The BSNL, Ernakulam will hold its next  telephone Adalat during March 2010.   Customers of Ernakulam, Idukki Districts and Lakshadweep having grievances on services provided and billed can  send their complaints till 24.2.2010 to AGM(OP), O/o PGMT, BSNL Bhavan, Kochi-16.  Complaints pending for a long period and exhausted all normal channels only will be entertained in the Adalat.  Complaints should  have the contact number or e-mail address of the applicant. Date of Adalat will be intimated to the complainants.
